I worked with product managers to develop key message points for subject matter experts to focus on when promoting the vast range of consumer products. Media trained corporate spokespersons as well as outside experts to relate the complexity of consumer products into language and concepts that resonated strongly with the buying audience.
Projects included Encarta, the digital multimedia encyclopedia; Digital Image Suite, the digital image editing program; Streets, the digital mapping program; and Student, an intuitive software program designed to give students essential tools and information they needed to achieve academic success.
